Cookie & Cream pies - with juicy strawberries...sublime!

I had a little pre-outdoor theatre party yesterday.  I made a few new dishes (I will post soon) and dressed up a previously posted cookie & cream.

You can get the original recipe here.   So the update?  Simply do not make it a cookie sandwich but instead, top with piped cream (as in original recipe) and top with fragrant, blushing strawberries.

So good I want to sing, opera style whilst delighting at a wayward crumb I found on my top, when I thought I'd eaten it all. x
